Frequently asked questions
How do you access my profile?
On the free plan, you upload the PDF LinkedIn itself exports (Profile → More → Save to PDF) or your resume PDF — your data comes from you, no middlemen. On Pro and Premium, just paste the URL: we fetch the public data through specialized providers. In no case do we ask for your LinkedIn password.
Does it work with a private profile?
Yes. Profiles with restricted visibility can be analyzed via the PDF exported from LinkedIn. Some information (photo, banner, connection count) isn't included in the PDF, and the score is adjusted to only consider what's observable.
What is an ATS resume?
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is the software large companies use to screen resumes before a human reads them. Our resume uses a single column, standard headings and extractable text — no tables or graphics that confuse these systems — plus the job's keywords.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel directly on the platform, no hoops, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my data?
Your data is used exclusively to generate your analysis and resume. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from settings.
